WEEK OF FEB 20th to FEB 26th
MON. : -10 mi, Crittenden/Bray loop, 5 w/Frank
TUES. : 20 mi, 2:40. Lots of hills in the middle & end. Felt good to run so solid the whole way. 7 w/Frank. It was a fat Tuesday.
WED. : 9 mi w/workout. 2x(4x400). Was going to do 12 400s, but I was too tired from yesterday's long run. Plus I felt really dehydrated, even after drinking a gatoraid on the way to the workout. I was pleased with my times though.
THU. : 5 mi w. Frank. Almost got skunked.
FRI. : -6 mi w/ Frank

SUN. : -6 mi w/ Frank
