WED. : 6 miles, 2 mi @ Olympic Marathon Trials Qualifying Standard Pace
(not all at once, but 4 x400, 8x 200). Calves still a little tight.

FRI. : 5 miles, easy. Felt good.

SUN. : 10 miles, to the dump. Easy, but I felt clunky all the way. It was work
